Terms of Use
Last updated: 10 October 2026
These terms govern your use of foshanprocurement.com and the information published on it. By using the site you accept them. They are not the contract for a project — each engagement is covered by its own written scope, quote and terms.
1. What we are, and what we are not
FoshanProcurement is a technical consultant and procurement agency based in Foshan, Guangdong, China. We review drawings and specifications, coordinate with factories in our network, monitor production and arrange documentation and freight on behalf of our clients.
We are not the manufacturer. Windows, doors and related products are manufactured by third-party factories. Our role is to specify, source, coordinate and verify — not to fabricate — and the manufacturing warranty is provided by the factory that supplies the goods.
2. Information on this site
Content on this site — including specifications, technical notes, standards references, case studies and images — is provided for general information. It is not a quotation, a specification for your project, or a substitute for project-specific engineering. Project drawings and images are published at region level only; client identities are not disclosed.
Standards and certification references indicate the market framework a product is supplied against. Certification coverage is confirmed in writing for each order and should not be assumed from general website content.
3. Quotes and orders
Prices and lead times published or sent as indicative ranges are estimates until confirmed in a written quotation for a defined scope. Quotations are subject to the validity period stated on them, to material and freight costs, and to confirmation of quantities and specifications. Orders are accepted only when confirmed in writing.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the drawings, dimensions, specifications and project requirements you provide, for the timeliness of your approvals and feedback, and for confirming that the products you order meet the regulatory requirements of the destination market. Where we flag a technical or compliance risk, the decision to proceed remains yours.
5. Intellectual property
The text, layout, drawings and images on this site are owned by us or used with permission. You may read, download and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not republish, resell or use them commercially without written permission. Drawings you send us remain yours; we use them only to quote and deliver your project.
6. Availability and links
We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or from reliance on general information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability for a project is governed by the contract for that project.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Separate terms may apply where a project contract states otherwise.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
