I'm Meng. I've spent thirteen years in windows and doors in Foshan — project management for top-10 Chinese developers, then brand agency for a top-10 Chinese window brand, and independent consulting since 2019.
I don't sell windows. I take no commission from any factory, and your payment goes straight to the factory. My fee is fixed and agreed with you before any work starts.
(My clients in the US tend to call me Moon. Either is fine.)

- Buyers, importers and contractors — not factories. We do not sell windows or doors.
- How we are paid
- A fixed project fee agreed with you before work starts. We take no commission, rebate or gift from any factory, supplier or forwarder.
- Your money
- Payment for your goods never passes through us — you pay the factory directly, so what the factory quotes is what the factory gets.
- What we do
- Drawing review and technical specification · factory sourcing and quote comparison · production monitoring, sample sealing, pre-shipment inspection and loading supervision · export documents, reconciliation and claim follow-up.
- What we do not promise
- The lowest price, customs clearance, zero defects, or the factory’s lead time. Our reports carry the reasoning and the original photographs so you or a third party can verify them.
