How we are paid
A fixed project fee, agreed before work starts. It does not change with the order value — which is why we can push the factory price down without hurting our own interest.
Your money never touches us
The money for your order never passes through us. You pay the factory directly. Our role is verification, comparison and inspection — not handling your funds.

What we do not promise
We do not claim the lowest price. We do not guarantee customs clearance and we do not promise zero defects. What we commit to is the process: a locked specification, inspection reports with photographs, and a written answer when something is not right.
Why Foshan
Foshan is one of the largest windows, doors and building-materials clusters in China: profile suppliers, hardware and accessories, glass processing and finishing within a short drive of each other. That is why one trip can cover several categories — and why we can compare real alternatives instead of quoting a single factory.
Common questions
Do you only handle windows and doors?
Windows and doors are our technical specialty. On the same trips clients also ask us to look at other building materials — flooring, tile and stone, cabinetry, lighting, plumbing fixtures, wall panels and furniture. We do the same verification, comparison and inspection work for those.
Can I use my own factory?
Yes. We work inside the factory or supplier you already use, and we don’t ask you to replace it.
Does my payment go through you?
No. You pay the factory directly; the money for your goods never passes through us.
Who goes to the factory?
We do. The technical lead runs the factory visits and inspections; buyers who travel to Foshan can join the same trips.
