Aluminium Profile Sourcing
Raw profiles and matching hardware, specified part by part and measured against a sealed sample on every later batch.
For buyers who fabricate their own windows and doors: we source raw aluminium profiles and the hardware that matches them, working from the factories’ existing moulds. The money in a profile sits in wall thickness, weight per metre, alloy grade, thermal break material and groove standard. None of it shows in a photograph, and all of it is in the price. We hold the specification from the sealed sample through every batch that follows, so the profile you approve is the profile you keep receiving.
What We Source
- Raw extruded profiles, mill finish, thermal break inserted or not inserted, to your specification
- Hardware matched to the profile groove standard
- Auxiliary parts that must travel with the extrusion — gaskets, connectors, end caps
- Factory catalogue series, produced from existing moulds
What We Measure, Every Batch
- Wall thickness, measured on the profile rather than read off the drawing
- Weight per metre — the number that actually drives the price
- Alloy grade and temper, checked against the grade stated
- Thermal break material, PA66 or a PVC substitute, which look identical
- Thermal break insertion method, rolled and knurled or bonded
- Groove standard, because it decides which hardware fits and which does not
- Incoming finish state, where you do your own powder coating
How The Specification Is Held
- Samples sealed before the order and before any payment — one set held by you, one held in Foshan, both signed and dated
- Every candidate quotes the same part-by-part sheet, so the differences are visible
- Every later batch measured against the sealed sample, not against what the factory says it built
- If a part is re-sourced, you approve it in writing first
What We Do Not Do
- We do not develop new profile moulds
- We do not powder coat, fabricate or glaze
- We do not sell profiles, and we take no commission or rebate from any factory
